"My friend and I were apartment hunting while both juggling very busy work schedules and Jake Thomas did a wonderful job in helping us every step of the way. Given our tight window, we had scheduled literally one day to see apartments so had 7-8 viewings back to back. I really wanted to see a condo that was having an open house but it conflicted with the schedule we had set so I sent an email inquiry on other days/ times to view. Jake responded immediately and volunteered to stay for two hours after the open house was over to squeeze us in. I'm glad he did because it was the best apartment we saw that day and we ended up going for it. From there, it was communicating with the owners, getting paperwork in order, board approval, EVEN packages I had ordered prematurely - Jake was there to explain everything, keep us organized, and make our lives easier. He's super sweet and patient (not bad on the eyes either, ladies). I would recommend working with him to anyone I care about."
